FAQs and tips for your Casa SPA appointment.
- To re-schedule your appointment, please let us know 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations or modification requests received less than 4 hours in advance will incur a 50% penalty.
- No-shows will incur full penalty.
- Plan to arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior your treatment to prepare for your treatment and enjoy our facilities.
- Please leave your jewelry and valuables in the hotel’s deposit box or in your room’s safe.
- If you have any medical or physical ailments or disabilities, please talk to your doctor before booking any spa services. Please let us know about any skin allergies or health issues.
- We will provide robes, sandals and disposable undergarments for your privacy and comfort.
- For Thai-Shiatsu massage, wear loose garments.
- Please let us know if you wear contact lenses.
