Reservation Policy

Reservation Policies

1. Your reservation is only valid with a confirmation email as issued by Grupo Islita.
2. Your credit card on file guarantees the reservation and will be used to make appropriate payments. If there is a problem with your card, we will notify you immediately and will request an alternative payment method.

Modification/Cancellation Policies:

General

1. The total amount of your reservation will be charged to your credit card 30 days before your check in date.
2. Modification or cancellation requests must be submitted via email and are only valid with written acknowledgement from Grupo Islita.
3. Modification or cancellation requests sent at least 30 days prior to check-in are fully refundable.
4. Modification or cancellation requests sent at least 29-15 days prior to check-in are subject to a first-night penalty.
5. No-Shows or modification/cancellation requests sent 14 days or less prior to check-in date are not refundable.
6. Special rates and promotions are not refundable, does not allow any changes. Restrictions may apply.

Holiday Season (December 20th- January 2nd)

1. Modification or cancellation requests must be submitted via email and are only valid with written acknowledgement from Grupo Islita.
2. A 10% non-refundable payment will be charged to your credit card upon making your reservation.
3. 40% of your reservation total will be charged to your credit card on July 1st. This is non-refundable.
4. The final 50% of your reservation total will be charged to your credit card on October 1st. This is non-refundable.
5. No shows will be charged in full.
